Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your merch so we happily offer returns within 30 days of purchase! Must be received by us within 30 days.
We unfortunately don’t offer exchanges. If you are wanting to return your item in exchange for something else we recommend that you place a new order online for the new item and return the original for a refund.
All returned items MUST be in original, re-salable condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Be sure to package them safely when sending them back as we do reserve the right to refuse a return if it doesn’t meet these requirements.
If you return all or part of your order for a refund you must also return the gift in unused condition If you do not return the gift with your items the amount will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return arrives into our warehouse it may take 1-5 business days to be processed and you will receive an email notification once completed. This may take longer during peak periods.
Hats must be returned inside a box the same way we sent it to you to avoid being damaged and mis-shaped. Please do not return a hat in a parcel bag.
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for cash.
For health and hygiene reasons some products are not able to be returned- this included socks, jocks, face masks & water bottles.
Final Sale items are not able to be returned.
